Philadelphia has been very cautious about spreading the Coronavirus but this right here…might be a bit overboard. Video was caught of a Philly resident driving a car with a big COVID mask on the front hood. Now, we do not know if this person is aware but vehicles cannot contract the virus.. but to each is own.
