‘The Interview’ Made Over $15 Million Online

After canceling the Christmas Day release of the movie ‘The Interview’ on most movie screens, Sony released it online instead, making over $15 million. The movie had over 2 million digital downloads, making it the highest-grossing online release of all time. I wonder if ‘The Interview’ will change how Hollywood does business. We’ll see.

Chris Rock Files For Divorce!

After nearly 20 years of marriage, Comedian/Actor Chris Rock has filed for divorce from his wife. Both have released statements confirming their split and asking for privacy during this difficult transition for their family. The couple has two daughters Lola, 12, and Zahra, 10.


Rev. Kevin Johnson Named CEO of OIC

Rev. Kevin Johnson, who served seven years as the fifth senior pastor of Bright Hope Baptist Church before recently resigning, has been named the President/CEO of Philadelphia Opportunities Industrialization Center, which is the North–Philadelphia based training and job–securing center, which was founded by the late Reverend Dr. Leon H. Sullivan. Rev. Johnson will assume his leadership position on. Jan. 5. Congrats!
