As a procession began Sunday for slain Philadelphia Police Officer Moses Walker Jr. to a church for public viewing, the second suspect wanted for his murder was nabbed Sunday and taken into custody. 19-year-old Chancier McFarland was arrested in Mobile, Alabama.
Walker, 40, was fatally shot August 18 in an apparent robbery attempt shortly after finishing his shift at 22nd District headquarters in North Philadelphia.
