Jada Pinkett Smith acknowledged President Cheryl Boone Isaacs' plan to ensure The Academy includes more diversity amongst it's membership

Cheryl Boone Isaacs issued a statement over the weekend after Spike Lee and Jada Pinkett Smith called for an Oscars boycott.

This is the second time under her watch she has to explain why are the #OscarsSoWhite.
