Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are set to divorce after three-years of marriage after it was reported that she found hundreds of texts from his team-mate’s wife on his mobile phone.The couple released a statement yesterday, informing the public of their decision to end their marriage and now Tony has spoken out about the split.

A rep for the basketball star told Us Weekly: “Eva and Tony have been discussing their situation privately. He was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles.
“He did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California.”
They added: “He plans to continue to keep their discussions of this matter private.”
