Could checking your work emails from home soon become illegal? Well, officials in Germany are putting together a proposal to make it illegal as a way to help eliminate stress! The way it’s done is by companies setting their email servers on a timer, which would stop delivering messages between 6pm until 7am. In addition, it would be turned off all weekend. Believe it or not, some companies are already doing this.
Would this really work here in the U.S.? You know we will find a way around that by using personal emails because some work emails can really be important after hours. What are your thoughts; do you think checking work emails from home should be illegal?
