Hey my Beautiful Intelligent and Gifted ladies. Ok now we know it’s cookout season and it seems like we can just eat and eat without a filter but keep your focus now. Here are a few tips to stay on track while you enjoy those summer cookout favorites:

1. Eat your meal on a small dessert plate.

2. Try to only eat a spoonfull of each side. (a teaspoon lol)

3. If you need seconds, make it protien or veggies.

4. Watch the pasta salad.

5. NO SODA!!!

6. Save a little room for something sweet. (I love Banana Pudding!)
