Hey Praise Family! My hubby and I are cooking Thanksgiving Dinner for the first time so I asked around from some advise and here’s what I found. Just incase we have any other first timers out there.

1. First you need to plan what your going to have and not just in your mind, Write it down.

2. Cook before Thanksgiving day. Don’t wait until Thanksgiving morning to cook, you might have guests with nothing to eat!

3. Guess Who’s Coming For Dinner! Just playin’! Don’t guess you better know who’s coming to eat! And best believe that someone who you didn’t invite will be Thanksgiving hopping and coming for a plate. So make extra!

4. Shop early for food, don’t wait until Wednesday to shop for Thursday!

5. Don’t try your new recipe that you never made before for Thanksgiving Dinner. Stick to what you know and what tastes good and people like.

6. Try a potluck for your first Thanksgiving Dinner and ask people to bring their specialty.

That’s it…These are some tips I gathered, I’ll let you know how it works out.
