Okay, you are busted! When I signed on at 2, I caught you yawning, nodding and I even saw your eyes halfway shut! Yes, it’s called the afternoon slump! Well, the angel wants to help you slide out of the slump with a few afternoon pick-me-ups!

1. Go for the H2O!-Dehydration can make you tired! Stay hydrated by sipping water throughout the day!

2. Take a quick walk-A few brisk laps in the office hallway or even go outside to rev up your body and brain.

3. Stand up and stretchIf you can’t take a quick walk, revive yourself and your brain by standing up and stretching in your work space for a few minutes; while breathing in and our deeply.
