This past Saturday, we said goodbye to summer and hello to fall. With fall in mind, we must keep our skin in mind.
1. We must put our skin on schedule!
Apply a mask during the day or evening; or during the weekend for a longer period of time.
2. Still use sunscreen!
Cool weather does not give sunscreen a red light! We must continue to shield our skin from the harmful rays from the sun.
3. Change Your Body Cleanser!
Reconsider changing out your fruity summer shower gels to a soap-free, hydrating, creamy and moisturizing body wash!
What was good for summer may not be effective for fall. Find it all at http://tinyurl.com/9hjx29d.
