Cissy Houston, the mother of the late Whitney Houston, has ended months of speculation and confirmed a book deal about Whitney.
Cissy Houston promises that her book will be the true story of her talented and troubled daughter. She says that she hopes her sharing in the book will provide a deeper understanding in the life of Whitney; as well as give fans something to treasure.
No word yet on the title of the book; however, the book is scheduled to be published in February 2013.
