Foods That Reduce Stress!

We all know that we are too blessed to be stressed! But the reality is we allow our stressed life to overshadow our blessed life.

On I found some foods that can actually help us reduce stress, such as:

1. A cup of warm soothing tea. Certain herbal teas like lavender and chamomile have been shown to have a relaxing effect on their own.

2. Dark Chocolate! Yes, that was music to my ears! Dark chocolate can reduce stress in two ways — its chemical impact and its emotional impact.

3. Vitamin C has also been proven to help ease stress levels. Eating citrus fruits, including oranges, grapefruits, and strawberries is a good start.
