Former game show host Richard Dawson passed away in Los Angeles Saturday from complications of esophageal cancer.
Dawson was best known as the game show host that often kissed his female contestants. He was the first host of the show and worked from 1976 to 1985. The show was canceled in the mid-80’s, revived in 1988 and is currently going strong today with host Steve Harvey.
