The weather is great and summer is right around the corner. Therefore, we must find ways to squeeze in our much-needed exercise. Yes, we are busy but I think we are worth 30 minutes!
I was checking out this exercise plan on http://www.everydayhealth.com and I felt it was what I needed to stay on track. Things such as:
- Schedule it.
- Don’t worry about the “right time” to exercise.
- Recruit a workout buddy.
- Start slowly.
- Make working out fun.
- Mix it up..
- Break it up when you must.
- When (not if) you have to miss a day, you are not a failure.
