The weather is great and summer is right around the corner. Therefore, we must find ways to squeeze in our much-needed exercise. Yes, we are busy but I think we are worth 30 minutes!

I was checking out this exercise plan on http://www.everydayhealth.com and I felt it was what I needed to stay on track. Things such as:

  • Schedule it.
  • Don’t worry about the “right time” to exercise.
  • Recruit a workout buddy.
  • Start slowly.
  • Make working out fun.
  • Mix it up..
  • Break it up when you must.
  • When (not if) you have to miss a day, you are not a failure.
