Greater than any other area of fitness, prayers leaves us with the most long term results! Exercise your spiritual muscles when you walk with God in prayer. Exercise your communication skills when you talk with God in prayer, exercise your faith by believing that what you prayed for is already done.
As you can see prayer will keep you spiritually fit. It has been said that “Prayer is the most important activity to man yet it is the least activity performed by man.” Go ahead and exercise those prayers muscles and I guarantee you will like what you see.
