You do not cut anybody’s hair because you’re tired of them playing with it. I don’t care who you are. I’ve never even heard of a black mother cutting her daughter’s hair off. Do you know how long it takes for black females’ hair to grow back? We don’t wake up a month later and the hair is just back to its previous length.
