Last night was the premiere of Tyler Perry’s new TV series, “The Have and the Have Nots” on Oprah’s network; and it did the well. According to the Nielsen ratings, 1.77 million viewers tuned in for the 9 p.m. premiere episode, making it the highest rated series debut in the history of OWN! Then at 10 p.m. over 1.8 million viewers tuned in for the second episode!
Tonight, Perry’s new comedy series “Love Thy Neighbor” will premiere on OWN tonight with two back-to-back, half-hour episodes from 9-10 p.m.
