The winner will record a song written and produced by James Fortune, and will be chosen during the Verizon “How Sweet The Sound” Inspiration Workshop at the event, which will be held from 3:30-6 pm at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on 12th and Arch Streets in Philadelphia.
