As GRAMMY Award-winning artist CeCe Winans celebrates the exciting
launch of her fully redesigned website featuring glamorous new
images, tour dates, an online jukebox and more, her supporters are
disappointed over news of the cancellation of the singer’s popular
annual Conference, ‘Always Sisters Forever Brothers’ (ASFB).
The decision to postpone the conference until July of next year was
made due to the need for more planning and resources to make it
“bigger and better.” In a statement posted on the official conference
site, the team calls the decision to forego this year’s gathering “hard.”
In the meantime, fans of CeCe’s ministry can check out her tour dates
on the new website, and potentially catch up with her in a nearby city.
On AlwaysSistersForeverBrothers.com the released statement solicits
prayer from all supporters. Read a portion of it below:
“For those who were making preparations and were excited about
attending this year’s conference we deeply apologize and ask that you
continue planning for 2011 and keep us in prayer as we seek God to
fulfill our commission to save the lives of young people everywhere. We
look forward to seeing you in 2011 and we promise it will be worth the
wait!!”
