Always in the mood to highlight her overall fabulous lifestyle, Tamar Braxton recently decided to extend that to her home as well, by letting fans take a peek inside. In a magazine exclusive, she gives a tour of her fabulous abode.
Offering an exclusive look of her home with People magazine, Tamar Braxton serves up her lovable and familiar brand of sassy humor while giving the grand tour.
Some highlights from the behind-the-scenes look at Casa Braxton are below:
Reality star and singer Tamar Braxton, 39, has an entire room in her 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom Calabasas, Calif., estate dedicated just to champagne.
“Champagne is every girl’s dream,” Braxton tells PEOPLE. “I just wanted to live out a fantasy. How many times do you get the chance to build a champagne bar?”
The dark wood bar — with sexy animal-print bar stools — also includes a lounge area with a couch and a TV, and was inspired by The Dorchester hotel in London.
“I wanted to turn my bar into a living room slash bar, where it’s comfortable,” explains Braxton, who says her champagne bar was her “ultimate favorite” room to decorate. “It gives me that same old tavern, homey, comfy feel. But it feels expensive.”
While her husband Vince, 44, was skeptical about having a champagne bar in their home, Braxton says he spends a lot of time there now. “It’s his favorite room to go into,” she says. “He watches all of his games on that television. It’s just so inviting.”
