A Columbia University student brought her dorm room bed mattress to graduation to protest her being raped at campus by a another student that was not charged and able to walk down the aisle at the ceremony. The women began a senior art project that reflected on her terrible ordeal, which resulted in her bringing her dorm room mattress around campus in protest until her alleged attacker was expelled, but to no avail. Graduation happened last Tuesday and the young woman and her alleged assailant walked down the aisle as she brought her mattress that was being handled by her and other supporters of her cause. The gentleman is suing the school for harassment and embarrassment due to the fact that he was not charged and feels that his character is being defamed. To read the full story, click the link!
