Oh No, More Snow!
All eyes are on tomorrow’s snowstorm that’s moving in. We will be under a Winter Storm Watch from tomorrow morning through the evening. 1-3 inches are expected in and around Philly and 3-6 inches are expected north and west, before warmer air brings a mix tomorrow evening.
Also, It will be a wintry mix at the Army-Navy game at 3 p.m. Saturday at Lincoln Financial Field.

City Council Passes Law Making Property Owners Responsible For Cleaning Up Graffiti!
Property owners will soon be responsible for cleaning up graffiti, even if the owner had nothing to do with it!
If a city inspector sees graffiti on your property, you have ten days to clean it up. If you don’t, it will be at least a $100 fine.
If you don’t clean it, the will clean it but you’ll also have to pay for that.
Once Mayor Michael Nutter signs the bill, the law will be effective immediately.
