1. Get out! Going outside for a change of scenery and taking just a 10 -15 minute walk can do wonders!

2. We must breathe! Have you ever taken the time to realize how many breaths you take? It’s a great way to de-stress! Simple slow and deep breaths can help us relax!

3. Embrace a hobby! It’s a great way to have some fun and do something you enjoy for a change; especially outside of your job environment and even outside of your home if needed!

4. Healthy eating a major key! A poor diet puts the body in a state of physical stress and weakens the immune system. However, eating more healthy foods, particularly fruits and vegetables, may boost your immune system.
