A reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer is asking Mayor Michael Nutter to ban Jay Z from using the N-word at his upcoming “Made in America” festival next weekend, in which Jay is behind. The writer feels that since Mayor Nutter attacked Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper for using the word; he should hold Jay Z to the same standard.
