Our growing Commercial HVACDivision is seeking a Field Supervisor/Professional, to manage the daily field activities of the HVAC Department.  This includes, but is not limited to, taking care of client needs, directing HVAC Technicians in a manner that makes the Service Department profitable and efficient,  initiating contact with clients(either by phone or in person),  handling and resolving issues, problems and complaints, as well as being a resource for client inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

-Maintain open and frequent communications with HVAC Technicians, Service Administrators, Warehouse Personnel and other Department Managers.

-Orchestrate daily lineups of technicians and prioritize repairs effectively.

-Direct and manage HVAC Technicians to ensure that timely and efficient repairs are performed.  

-Complete performance reviews as required with all HVAC Technicians. Communicate with Service Manager on wage issues or Technician level advancements for all HVAC Technicians.

-Be a resource to Technicians to answer questions and handle complaints, ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed.

-Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems in the timeliest manner possible.

-Communicate, document and manage all service events consistent with the company’s service policy goals, including the timely submission of all work orders and paperwork.

-Ensure that all employees are aware that a clean, well-kept workspace is critical

-Effectively communicate the scheduling of work both internally and externally to the customer and ensure the HVAC Technicians are always aware of timing and cost expectations.

-Work with Technicians and our technical support channels to ensure proper troubleshooting processes and directions are followed.

-Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management, and co-workers.

-Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, and activities as required.

-Stay apprised of new techniques relevant to the work being performed; achieve and maintain technical competency.

-Adhere to all Company policies and departmental procedures and rules.

-All other duties as required by your direct manager.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

·         The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of practical and academic experience in the full range of commercial HVAC service and 5 years in a supervisory position is highly desirable.

·         Strong management skills,with a focus on team building. 

·         Must possess a positive attitude, be a progressive thinker and have a strong desire for client care.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to work with all personnel levels, customers and suppliers.

·         Provide expert level technical support and knowledge with regards to HVACR systems. 

·         Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering a plus.

·         Strong Mechanical Systems experience andControls Systems experience a plus

·         Other duties as assigned

Position Description

Located at 3400 Spruce Street on the campus of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Occupational Medicine CCA is part of the Clinical Care Associates, which is Penn Medicines community based primary and specialty care network. They are a three physician and two advanced practice clinician team and see patients in an outpatient setting. The Clinical Nurse Practitioner provides quality care in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff and other members of the care team.

The Occupational Medicine team has experience with a wide range of employer and employee health needs for Penn Medicine as well as other clients in the community including the University of Pennsylvania, they are as follows:

Surveillance for Occupational Health Concerns

The Nurse Practitioner will complete health assessments of patients, perform physical exams, and interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic services as needed. Will provide acute care services for injuries and/or illnesses and will administer injections and oral medications. Will suture minor wounds and prepare written prescription orders for drugs and controlled substances under the direction of the physician. Will provide medical evaluation and treatment of work and non-work related injuries and illnesses. Will maintain and review patient record chart and other pertinent information. Will review post test and examination results. Will interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention. Will triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation. The Nurse Practitioner may need to assist staff with admitting and discharging patients, obtaining triage information, administering medications, cleaning rooms, and other duties.

Environmental and Special Demands: This position requires working in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Typical physical demands will require full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-to-hand coordination. Standing and walking for prolonged period of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 lbs or greater. Also, requires normal visual acuity and hearing. May be exposed to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.

Minimum Requirements

The qualified candidate is expected to be a CRNP with a MSN. Must have current licensure or eligibility in the Commonwealth of PA. Eligible for credentialing by the medical board. At least 3 years of related experience strongly preferred. Epic EMR experience strongly preferred.

Job Description: Front Office Manager

The Hotel Monaco Philadelphia is actively seeking a highly motivated, determined, well spoken, experienced Front Office Manager for this new fabulous lifestyle hotel. The Front Office Manager is accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel and providing exceptional levels of guest service through the guests stay.

GUIDELINES: Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Kimpton Quality Review standards are being applied. Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and direction of department employees, focusing on developing talent. Operating department within budgeted guidelines, processing payroll, managing expenses, P+L reviews Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied. Work in conjunction with Accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables. Work in conjunction with Reservations to ensure a seamless arrival experience for our guests. Conduct daily pre-shifts, departmental meetings with training Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction. Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations. Supervise the activities and the service levels of the Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services (Bell and Door teams), Valet Parking, and Room Service. Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals.
