Most of us spend lots of time on our jobs. If you don’t like your job, you can either find another job or figure out how to make your workplace more enjoyable. Here are some tips on how to be happy at work:

1. You should like your boss or at the very least respect him or her.

2. You should like and respect your co-workers.

3. Try to avoid confrontations with superiors and colleagues.

4. Set a positive example for your co-workers. Be the example you want to see.

5. Focus on controlling your own behavior, because the only person you can control is you.

6. Get enough sleep to recharge your system, because we know a lack of sleepy can make us grumpy; especially at work!

7. Count your blessings! And blessing No. 1 is you have a job.
