One half of the Mary Mary duo, Erica Campbell, had a wake up call that is one we should all answer. During the last season of their reality TV show, Erica’s doctor told her that she needed to slow down and take better care of herself; and if not, with her high blood pressure she could have a stroke! Erica is speaking out that it’s important for us to take care of our bodies; because when our body breaks down, it’s not just about us but those around us as well.
