You must use extra caution for your Monday morning commute as well as you full day at work or school. According to experts, the day after we turn our clocks ahead, there are more workplace injuries and traffic accidents!

To help you survive the first week of Daylight Saving Time:

  • Eat a healthy, substantial breakfast Monday morning to provide you with energy to get through the day.
  • Refrain from napping; especially over the weekend.
  • Exercise outdoors before 4 p.m.
