For twelve years, researchers studied nearly half a million people aged 50 to 71, who drank more coffee the older they became and reduced the risk of an early death by 10 to 15%.

Plus, they were less likely to die from heart and respiratory disease, stroke, injuries, accidents, diabetes and more!
