A group of protesters from the NAACP stood outside the U.S. Airways ticket counter at the San Francisco International Airport Monday, demanding  justice for Deshon Marman.

Marman was arrested in the San Francisco International Airport last month after refusing to exit a U.S. Airways plane over his “saggy” jeans. The charges were later dropped after papers published a photo of a white man flying on the same airline in women’s lingerie.

The NAACP demanded that the airline explain their nebulous dress code, and offer an apology to Marman.

Holding a sign reading, “U.S. Airways must be sentenced repentance,” Rev. Renard Allen of San Francisco’s Third Baptist Church said the protestors, organized by the local chapter of the NAACP, were there to “protest injustice, inequity, decimation and racial profiling.” He added, “we’re saying this will not fly in the land of the free and the home of the brave.”
