Whitney Houston is back in rehab, a rep for the singer confirmed Monday. According to TMZ, Houston is in an out-patient program for drug and alcohol treatment. Her rep says it is a voluntary measure and part of Houston’s “long-standing” recovery process.
Apparently the demons have resurfaced and a music industry source who was with Whitney two weeks ago tells the website, “She was plastered and she was a mess.”

Whitney was recently spotted at a Prince concert in LA dancing in the aisle and last week she sang on stage with Chaka Khan during one of his concerts.
