The killing of Osama Bin Laden has opened up old wounds for some and has closed some wounds for others.
My heart goes out to the families who lost loved ones on 9-11 as well as to the families that lost loved ones while fighting this war.
Yes, Osama Bin Laden is gone and no, it still can’t bring your loved one back home. I know it’s hard to carry on with your loved one gone. I know your heart still aches and I know your tears still flow; and what your loved one meant to you I’ll never know.
But I do know that death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but I also know that love leaves a memory that no one can steal.
Our God is still in the healing business. God is our healer!
