Ms. Katherine Jackson, the mother of the late singer Michael Jackson, isn’t done fighting over her son’s death. Ms. Jackson will appeal the wrongful death suit against the concert promoter, AEG Live. Ms. Jackson and Michael’s three children sued for more than $40 billion; however, the concert promoter was found not to be liable for Michael Jackson’s drug overdose death.
