Congratulations to Bishop T.D. Jakes for producing the star-studded film “Jumping The Broom!” It’s scheduled to open on Mother’s Day, and IMDB.com describes the storyline: “Two very different African American families converge on Martha’s Vineyard one weekend for a wedding.”
The cast of “Jumping The Broom” includes Julie Bowen from “Modern Family,” Paula Patton, Meagan Good, Laz Alonso, Pooch Hall, Angela Bassett , Mike Epps, Gary Dourdan, Loretta Devine, Tasha Smith, Lil’ Romeo, DeRay Davis, Valarie Pettiford, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Bishop T.D. Jakes who won’t be playing himself, but Reverend James.
