My mentor, Rev. Dr. Eve Fenton, shared with us at the annual Women’s Prayer Breakfast this past Saturday that God has “editing rights” to your prayers. However, on this Matrimony Monday I want to tailor it to couples. If you and your spouse have been praying for some things to come to pass, keep in mind that God edits prayers to put them in alignment with His Will for your life, He checks for punctuations, run-on sentences, etc. to make sure your request is best for you. Then He sends them back to you for you to make corrections for resubmission.”
