According to Philly Voice, the process of reopening Philadelphia has been delayed.

Philly will not be opening indoor dining or gyms until the latest date, August 1st. Some businesses such as libraries, malls, casinos, museums have gotten approval to still open up despite the delay. Philadelphia currently has placed a “no mask no service” policy as they hope to re-open the city soon. Mayor Kenney immediately went to Twitter to clarify what businesses will be open and what will stay closed.

Philadelphia has increased the amount of COVID-19 cases and appears to be heading into a second wave of the virus. More news to come as the story develops.
