Jefferson and Jobel de los Angeles from the Philippines were due to marry last Saturday, August 11th, only the monsoon season had other plans! The combination of the seasonal monsoons and tropical storm Yagi brought heavy rain and severe winds which caused extensive flooding in and around the town of Bulacan, where the wedding was scheduled to take place! What would YOU do? Jefferson and Jobel decided that their love would weather the storm and went ahead with the ceremony, so the bride and her parents waded up and met the barefoot groom who then led his bride to the altar in murky water above their ankles and they GOT MARRIED! Ah, LOVE! (video below)
