Former Philadelphia Mayor Wilson Goode joined us on Your Voice to talk about his new book, “Black Voters Mattered: A Philadelphia Story.”

Goode breaks down the importance of black voters in Philadelphia over time, from the 1970’s to the 2015 election of Mayor Jim Kenney.
