On Tuesday May 3rd, The Real co-host Jeannie Mai admits she’s entertaining the possibility of freezing her eggs and is having second thoughts on not having children.
Co-host Tamar Braxton, who’s had her own experience with infertility and has a few embryos in the “freezer” herself, offers Mai some valuable advice on the subject.
“I’m 37. I know I’m not getting any younger and I know if I was going to have a kid, I should decide now, today, 5 minutes ago,” she said. “So, I’ve decided I’m going to start thinking about freezing my eggs.”
Grammy Award-nominated vocalist Braxton, who is the mother of one son, Logan, told Mai, “Well, you should.”
But Mai, who is still on the fence about it, replied, “I just want to think about that.”
“Think about it?” Braxton chimed in. “Oh, my God!”
