Malia Obama has reportedly narrowed her list of potential college picks to two schools in New York: Barnard College and New York University.
There is reportedly other schools in the running, but Barnard and New York University are the clear theleaders in the pack according to NBC New York.
The 17-year-old Malia has her eyes set on becoming the next big filmmaker – a big reason why NYU is a leading candidate.
Malia previously interned on the HBO show Girls this past summer. She also reportedly worked as a production assistant on the since-canceled CBS show Extant in 2014.
