In honor of the late poet and author, Maya Angelou, the U.S. Postal Service unveiled a new limited edition forever stamp of her today. In addition to Maya Angelou’s picture on the stamp, it has a quote, which says, “A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song.” However, the quote apparently doesn’t belong to Angelou, it belongs to an 89-year old woman whom lives in Connecticut, according to the Washington Post read more at http://tinyurl.com/jvptoc2 and http://tinyurl.com/od7eyd6.
