The PA Supreme Court Will Decide On Gov. Wolf’s Suspension Of The Death Penalty
Philly DA Seth Williams filed a motion yesterday with the Pennsylvania’s top court, questioning whether or not Gov. Tom Wolf’s suspension of the state’s death penalty is legal.
