High: 19 (Wind Chill will make it feel way below freezing through the AM)

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy with periods of snow arriving after the evening rush into tomorrow morning, 3-6 inches of snow expected.

Winter Storm Warnings will take place at 6pm tonight in southern-most New Jersey and Delaware who are expected to get the most snow, maybe 6 inches or more.

In Philly, a Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect at 6pm.
