Weather: Our first flakes of the New Year are here!
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for our area until 4pm!
Light snow continues to fall, with 1-2 inches of accumulation expected. The snow will taper off between 2pm-4pm. Remember, this same time last year we had already gotten about 20 inches of snow in Philly.
You must bundle up because the temps will stay in the 20s, keep you head up and slow down because there are slick spots on the roads. The secondary and side streets are affected the most.
Airport Delays
Flights from Philly International are running about an hour behind due to the weather. Make sure you check your flight status before heading to the airport.
Suspects Arrested For Shooting Two NYPD Police Officers!
Authorities now have a man in custody suspected of shooting two NYPD officers in the Bronx after answering a robbery call late Monday night. The second suspect went to the Manhattan hospital with a gunshot wound and he was arrested as well. Both police officers are in stable condition.

More Smoke Detectors For Philly Residents!
Philadelphia residents in need of smoke detectors will soon get them thanks to a big donation of a $45,000 check from the Insurance Society of Philadelphia to the Citizens for Fire Prevention Committee.

Sixers Win At Home!
The Philadelphia 76ers finally gave us a win at home last night by beating the Cleveland Cavaliers without LeBron James! The final score was 95-92! Philadelphia had been 0-14 at home this season.
