WOMAN BATH-HELLO BEAUTIFUL

As you make your New Year’s resolutions or set your goals for the New Year, make sure you put on that list more “me time.”

  • “Me” time allow us to de-stress, unwind, rejuvenate, renew and heal.
  • “Me” time is not something you should feel guilty about.

Some ways you can make “me” time a reality:

  • Decide that you deserve some time to yourself each day. Stop feeling guilty for taking time out for yourself. “Me” time is not selfish it’s self-care!
  • Decide how best to spend “me” time.
  • Learn to say, “NO!”
  • Commit to a minimum of 15-20 minutes of “me” time every day.
  • Create a daily ritual.
  • Stop wishing you had more time to yourself, and commit to carving it into your schedule.
