Heavy rain moves after midnight, sometimes in bands. Expect about 1-3 inches of rain. Colder temps will be in the North according the National Weather Service, where the Winter Storm Warning goes into effect at 3am Tuesday through 7am Wednesday. 4-8 inches of snow are expected.
*We MIGHT see a snow shower in Philly on Wednesday. However, expect generally a rainstorm with plenty of wind!

Cash Is King If Parking On Philly Streets Today!
If you’re parking on the streets of Philly today make sure you have some cash or a PPA smart card because the parking kiosks are not taking credit cards or debit cards. Crews are working on the problem. The parking authority will give you a 10-minute grace period to allow you time to get some cash. If you are ticketed within those 10 minutes, you can email the parking authorities customer service. You can get the email information at http://www.philapark.org/contact/.

The Philadelphia Eagles lost to the Super Bowl Champs, Seattle Seahawks yesterday 24-14 at Lincoln Financial Center. Next Sunday is a “do or die” rematch for the Eagles against the Dallas Cowboys! Game time is Sunday 8:30pm (ET).
