With the holidays being right around the corner, I’m making my game plan so that I don’t overdo it. In my research for some great tips, I came across this article in which some dietitians claim that one of the best tips to losing weight, is to dim the lights and listen to mellow music while you eat. If you do this, claims say that you will eat 175 fewer calories per meal.

Well, if that’s the case, forget about dimming the lights, I will just eat in the dark with my mellow music. I don’t know about this one but you can read more about this so-called weight loss tip and more at
