We are living in fast-paced world and we want everything right now! When we don’t get what we want, we become impatient! Well, oh taste and see some of my life coaching tips to help you slow down.

Go on a mental vacation. Visualize being in that relaxing place, whether it’s on a tropical island or in the mountains, relax and watch that tension melt away!

Enjoy the experience. For example, you may be like me and don’t like to do housework, however, set your mind on finding the pleasure of the experience by remembering that cleanliness is next to Godliness.

Ask for help. Stress can be the result of overload. If you are doing too much, ask for help, not because you are weak but because you want to remain strong.

Use inspirations. Post your favorite Bible verses or affirmations on your refrigerator, at work, in your car and even on your bathroom mirror. You’ll soon find that they are your patient pills when you are in a tizzy!
