Michael Carter-Williams Is NBA’s Top Rookie!
Congrats to Philadelphia 76ers point guard Michael Carter-Williams, has won the NBA Rookie of the Year. Carter-Williams is 1 of 3 rookies in NBA history to average at least 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists per game. He now joins the ranks of Magic Johnson and Oscar Robertson. The award is expected to be announced next week.
Drafted with the 11th overall pick out of Syracuse, Carter-Williams was the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month four times this season.

At the box office this week, “Spiderman” did what he does best and that’s swing. He is swinging at the #1 spot bringing in $92M its opening weekend. “Heaven Is For Real” which is produced by Bishop T.D. Jakes is still holding strong at #3 bringing in $8.7M this weekend as well.
