The man who shot a state trooper in Wilmington, DE is still on the run. On Wednesday, a woman was being investigated about stolen merchandise found in a car by four Wilmington officers and a state trooper. And out of nowhere a bullet hit the trooper in the right arm as shots were fired from down the street.

Governor Corbett could soon have a transportation funding bill on his desk to help improve Pennsylvania’s bridges, mass transit and roads which would increase the gas tax, up the speed limit to 70 mph on some highways, eliminate registration stickers and motorists will have the option to register vehicles every two years!
